Reader Views Literary Awards has entered its 16th year. It helps self-published authors level the playing field, and also provides two cash prizes.
Austin, TX (Merxwire) -Reader Views, a book review and author publicity service holds an annual literary awards contest. This award mainly encourages self-published authors, as long as the authorУЂтЌтЂs book is published in English and targeted at North American readers. Reader Views is happy to announce that this year will add two $500 cash prizes to Grand Prize Winners, one for Fiction, one for Non-Fiction. In addition, there are also several special sponsored awards packages available.

The judges consist of the Reader Views staff of reviewers as well as editorial staff. They all are avid readers, experts in their fields, and are representative of an author's target reading audience. Judging criteria is content/originality, presentation/design, innovation, social relevance, production quality, enjoyment/impact, plot/story line, and resourcefulness. All authors who enter the contest are guaranteed a review, which will be published on the Reader Views website. All entries are eligible for Grand Prize consideration. Winners and Finalists will be selected in each category in the Spring of 2021.
